• 外国人として、どうすれば外国人が少ない環境や日本語をよく話せなくても、日本の会社で働けるのか。

• エンジニア、システム設計者、プロジェクトマネージャー、プログラムマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャなどロールが変わってしまいその際がよく分からないけれど、どうすれば良いのか。

• 自分の主張をよく話せないし、人間関係も良くできないが、会社ではどうすれば良いのか。

• As a foreigner, how can I work in a Japanese company in a specifical Japanese company environment where there are few foreigners and even if I can't speak Japanese well?

• I have no idea what should I do since my role changed, such as engineer, system designer, project manager, program manager, and product manager.

• 基本、私は能力はあると思いますが、以下のようなハンディキャップがあります。という方達と
• 外国人であり、日本の習慣的な事が良く分からないし、日本語も良く話せないので、日本の会社に移るのが怖い。
• 職種が変わり、どう動けば良いのかがよく分からない。
• 心又は体が弱くて（疲れていて）、転職もお仕事も新しい環境も怖い。
• 結構いい歳になっていると思うので、若い人達が多い環境が苦手。

• Basically, I think I have enough ability, but I have the following handicaps so I want to talk with you.
• I'm afraid to move to a specific Japanese company in order to I'm a foreigner, so I don't understand Japanese customs as well, and can't speak Japanese as well.
• My role will be changed and I don't really know how I can do my work.
• Being mentally or physically weak or burned out so I'm afraid of new challenges, new jobs, and/or new environments.
• I think I'm quite old, so I guess I can't respond to environments with a lot of young people.
